We welcome your questions and orders by telephone at the Toll-Free number above any time during shop hours.

Our gift cards are the perfect gift for any occasion! Choose from preset amounts of 25.00, 50.00, 75.00 or 100.00, or call us toll-free at 1-877-822-9227 if you have a different amount in mind. We will mail a gift card to the recipient.

Currently, our gift cards can only be used at our retail store and by telephone. Gift card recipients are very welcome to order our online merchandise using their cards — just tell them to call in the order during shop hours (see below) instead of using the online order form. Due to incompatible systems, we regret that gift cards cannot be used at Design Center, Inc. All the other shops accept gift cards at the store and by phone, as noted above.

Many of our items require special packaging due to their fragility or size. A flat charge of $6.50 is added to the shipping charges on any item marked for special handling.

Many of our items are one-of-kind and/or handcrafted. Variations are part of what makes them unique. However, if you are unhappy with your item for any reason simply return the item, in unused condition, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Damaged items:

Should your item arrive damaged, please report it to UPS immediately (to your driver, or by calling UPS 1-800-742-5877) then contact us by phone or email as listed above. We will arrange for replacement (if possible) or a full refund to your credit card.
